5. The institute reserves the right to modify course schedules, faculty assignments, fees, curriculum, or policies whenever necessary.

6. Any act of misconduct, indiscipline, or submission of false information may result in suspension or cancellation of admission without refund of fees.

7. Certificates, mark sheets, or course completion documents will be issued only after successful completion of the course and clearance of all dues.

8. The student and/or parent/guardian agree to abide by all terms, policies, and decisions of the institute.
